THE STRANGE HOUSE (leyend)

The Strange House

Once upon a time there was an old big house in an abandoned place.

The people said that algon time ago in that house they live a happy family. They said that one day they listen some people screaming, the other day there was a bad smell in that house.

In that same day at nigth they listen other people screaming. That nigth the bad and stinky smell increase. Some days after the police went to the house. They said that they never return.All the people where confused they did not know what was happening. Then only thing that they know was that in that house it was happening a very strange thing. One nigth they listen other people screaming, they thought that the screams come from the police.

Some days later the strongest man in the village meet with the other villagers for tell them that he was going "to rode the risk" for search the house. All the people was scared but they accepted. Then the man survive for a miracle, and he returned to tell what was the true abou what was happening.

The true was that there was living Dexter a psicopat. Dexter was psicopat since very little, they said that he was like that because when he was little his parents all the time figth so he get furious and killed them. Now they know that they dont have to walk around there because they will not return. Now they said every people that walked around there, disapear.

Unce upon a time in a place name Francia was a king name Pablo that has two sons a girl and a boy.the girl was name Juliana, she has 18 years.If Pablo die, carlos will
be the new king. Juliana was not very happy becouse she wants to be a queen but not with his brother.she start to think about how she can be a queen. She think one strategy: she wants to be the capitan of the army but first she start to do many exercses to be in good form.

Near to Pariz was a dragon that many people said that was invencible, the dragon atack the city many years and some people said that the dragon will atack in this days.

Pablo was so scary becouse the dragon. J uliana think that if she kills the dragon all people will love her, and his fathereilllove her and when he die, she will be the queen.

She went to his father room in the castle. She enter to the room and said "father iwant to be in the army, i will like to be the capitan" Pablo said "you are my only girl soon and if you die i will die crying".Juliana start to cry and said " i am no important for you , you love mora my brother" Pablo start to think and with slowly voice said "ok, you are going to be capitan".

The dragon atack to the city but the part thet he atack has many food. the king was so furious but the same time to scary.

Juliana decide that she will go to the forest to kill the dragon th coming day. The other day she had a new his father decide that his Carlos has to go with Juliana.The y stat to going to the forest they walk and walk, in one poin there was two roads so Jlina go in one road and Carlos in the other.

Juliana stop walking becouse the 2 roads combert in one so she start waiting Carlos, she wait but Carlos dosent come finally carlos aper with some wouds, it was so dark so they decide to camp but sodenly apeare fire it was the dragon. The dragon take she but when the dragon was ready to eat Juliana, Carlos start to hit the dragon with his sword. Finally the dragon die, all return and all people celebrate finally Juliana was happy about how Carlos save her life, so she decide that both can be king and queen.

Suzanne Gaynor School

The Suzanne Gaynor School is a school founded by Oscar Santiago Ramos and Juan Pablo Gomez. They wanted to make a school that kids could say that it was so nice. The Suzanne Gaynor School is in Bogotá, Colombia near "San Jose de Bavaria". The adress is: Avenue Street 170 #65-31. This school has three soccer fields, areas to play basketball, golf, tennis, volleyball, ping pong and billar. In all the classrooms there are computers for students to work in them instead of having notebooks. The kids can sellect their schedule and the subjects their are going to see in the year. We have extracurricular classes of all the sports and this classes are free. Teachers are very nice robots that know everything about the subject they teach and are so good with students. Students can eat in class, each classroom has a store. We have fourty busses if you need our transport services. Kids will enter at 9:00 and they will finish classes at 3:00. We have a big caffeteria with special buffet one day per week. We want your kid grow beeing an excelent person and a great student. MY EXPERIENCE IN NPA

One day Mss Adriana the Miss of socials and civica told us that we were going to make an assembly of peace (NPA) for practicing for ONU. The Miss told us that we were going to divide in delegacions and that the delegations will participate in a comission. My delegacion was ANDI(National Assembly Of Industries) and my committee was Natural disasters.

Then Miss Livia Gomezcasseres told us that she was going to evaluate us in an expotition of our delegation. Also she invited Luisa Parra for helping us in the preparation for NPA. Days after we had the mock, in the mock we learn more things of the rules for NPA, for example how we had to talked.The 27th of March of 2009 was the model of NPA. That day in the morning, we had to go to the colisseum because there the presidents were going to give us some important instructions and elements to be able to be part of. That day the students of 10th grade had another activity about economy. When presidents gave us the implements to participate, each delegate went to his committee in a specific classroom. When we arrived in the classroom, we oppened the agenda and then we read the position papers. After all people read their papers we went to recess. In recess they told me that two girls of my classroom lost their vote, so they failed the Social and Civics subjects. After recess we went back to the classroom and we started to make a debate about the natural dessasters in Colombia. Then we made another debate about some indians killed by the Colombian army. We make that debate because there were not any crises about natural disasters. Then when the day finished they gave awards to: the best delegate in each committee, the best position paper and others. To finished it was it was a nice experience.

my experience in NPA

first we start to chose the delegation and Miss. adriana said us many impotant instruction. some instructions was to do the position paper. In that paper we have to write about the point of view of our delegation for that we need to search information for know like how ANDI is in all topics to be good preparated. one day in english class came a president of THE ANP of another class and she told as all the rules about anp and some estrategys, then was the mock and threy gave as more infomation.finally it was the day of ANP.We start we stop to share our ideas and the president Luisa Parra invented a new of last moment and we start to solve the problem i said that the ANDI will give some economical as more information. finally there was the day of the ANP, first they gave as plackets and then we start. we start talking about the position paper of all the delegations. and then we start to talk about the forced desplacement, all start to share all the opinions and ideas. finally we do the conclucions and we
go to resive some prices.

Since January when Miss Neira told us about the activity of National Peace Assembly y wanted to work with Daniel Cortes in Banco de la Republica but he could only select one of all the people who wanted to work in that delegation. I begged a lot and finally I was a "banker". We started working on that preparingall things in our folders. By the time Miss Gomescasseres told us that she had invited an eight-grader to help us correcting some problems her name was Luisa Parra she was nice and laid-back. Then we knew when the National Peace Assembly was. Finally we had to work in the assembly and propuse the solutions to some problems.

My Challenging Experience In NPA

One day in school, our Social Science teacher told us that we were going to participate in a model named NPA. That model was similar to the United Nations Model; but the ones that participated were 5th, 6th and 7th graders. We selected our delegation and our committee. My delegation was the Colombian Liberal Party, and my committee was Narcotrafic. One day in English class Miss GomezCasseres invited a president named Luisa Parra to participate in some expositions that we were making about our delegations. Days after we had the mock, but I didn't stay because I had to participate in a soccer match in other school. The 27th of March of 2009 was the model of NPA. That day in the morning, we had to go to the colisseum because there the presidents were going to give us some important instructions and elements to be able to be part of. That day the students of 10th grade had another activity about economy. When presidents gave us the implements to participate, each delegate went to his committee in a specific classroom. When we arrived in the classroom, we oppened the agenda and then we read the position papers. After all people read their papers we went to recess. In recess they told me that two girls of my classroom lost their vote, so they failed the Social and Civics subjects. After recess we went back to the classroom and we started to make a debate about the illicit crops. Then we made a debate. The problem of that debate was that some citizens of United States and Europe killed some farmers of Colombia and from Brazil to steal them some drugs. At the beginning I was scared of talking; but then I got confident and I started to talk. Once I almost stole the vote of the ELN but their vote was so important so they didn't lose it. Then we made some papers of reslutions by groups. I joined with ANDI and FEDEGAN. Our paper didn't pass because some delegations were so mad with ANDI, FEDEGAN and me. Then all the debates finished and we had to go to the cafeteria for the close up of the event. There they gave prizes for the best delegations, and best position papers and others. But I didn't stay in that ceremony because at that time I had a very important soccer match to pass to the second round with the school soccer team, so I had to talk to some presidents, with the sponsor Giovanni and with the high committee named Sebastian Gallo so they let me go to the match. As a conclusion, I think that that was a great experience because I learnt to talk better in public and I liked to make lots of debates.

Biography


Abraham Lincoln was born on February 12, 1809 in a log cabin near Hodgenville en the state of Kentuky. His parents were Thomas Lincoln and Hanks two farmers. Abraham Lincoln's mother died when Abraham Lincoln was only ten years old. Abraham Lincoln is known by many people because he was self-educated. His parents didn't have money for him to enter to a school, so he went to the library and rented some books for him to read and learn. He studied laws, worked in a farm, keeping a store in New Sallem, he was a captain in the Black Hawk War, spent eight years at the Illinois legislature, and had other important jobs in the goverment. He married Mary Todd and had four boys with she. In 1858 he ran against Steven A. Douglas for senator but he lost the elections. Thet was good for him because he gained reputation to be the republican candidate for the presidence in 1860. When he was president, in January 1, 1863 he issued the emancipation proclamation, that liberated the slaves and gave them freedom. We was so hated by the slavers and southeners in the period of the Civil War. In 1864 he won the re-election, the southeners were so mad beacuse that.In April 14, 1865, Lincoln was assassinated in the Ford Theatre, by an actor called John Wilkes Booth, who somehow thought he was helping the South.

Oscar Wilde biography

OSCAR WILDE
(1854-1900)

He was a very important person in that time. He was a a poet and he wrote a lot of stories. He married Constance Lioyd and he had 2 childrens with her. His father was sir William Wilde.
He was a poet and a dramatist, he wrote many books like: The Picture of Dorian Gray, The hHappy Prince, Salone, A Woman of No Importace, An Ideal Husband, The Importace of Being Ernest, Lady Winder, Fan, and others.

in 1895 he was arrested becouse he was homosexual (in that times the homosexual people were demanded).

Finally he died in november 30 of 1900. He died at the age of 46 years old in Paris (France).

Arkanton, The Dragon Rider

Once upon a time there was an elf named Arkanton. Arkanton was a great warrior, his range in the army was general thanks to his wonderful skills in the battlefield. The city were he lived and were he became a general was named Mordor. That city was so beautiful but the people there was terrible, they killed many inocent people of other cities, they permited slavery, they conquered lots of territories killing lots of peolpe in a cruel way.

But one day something terrible happened to Arkanton, the most cruel and terrible king of all the world told Arkanton that they will have a war, but the mission of Arkanton in that war was to take care of the Queen, a very beautiful woman that hated her husband. Arkanton accepted the mission and he was so happy because he fell in love of the Queen.

The day of the war all the soldiers went out of the castle and started to get prepared for the war. Arkanton went to the Queen's room and at the door there were two soldiers that told him to enter to the room because the King gave orders that Arkanton had to stay inside the room and the two guards outside of the room. So Arkanton entered and saw the love of his life there waiting for him because she was so scared. She was crying and she told Arkanton: Help me! Arkanton asked to her that what happened and she told him that if he could help her to escape from the castle and from the hands of the King because the King was a bad person and that he always was insulting her and treating her so bad. Arkanton thought that if he help her, maybe she could fall in love of him. Arkanton decided to help her. They were going to escape by the window, but that window was so hard to open. They started to pull it and when they oppened it, they fell down. The queen fell over Arkanton like if they were going to kiss. When they were in that posicion, the King entered into the room and he immediately thought that they were going to kiss and that the Queen was traicionating him. He took out a small knife and he throwed it to the Queen. The King killed his wife. When the King was going to kill Arkanton, Arkanton ran to the window and he jumped down. Then he took a horse and escaped of the city of Mordor. The King was so mad, he promised revenge.

When Arkanton escaped in the horse, he started a journey to another city. When he was arriving to the city, he saw a house and that house had a farm. He decided to enter to the farm because he was so injured. When he entered to the farm, there was not any animal, and he didn't see any person. But when he entered to the house, an old woman saw him.At the beginning she was so scared because she thougth that Arkanton was a theif but then she was calmed because she talked with Arkanton. She cured Arkanton of his injuries, and Arkanton stayed in her house during about two months. They became great friends.

One day, Arkanton was walking by the farm, when he saw a fantastic flower. That flower was so beautiful and curious. When he touched it the flower oppened and inside the beautiful flower, there was a bright small rock but with a lot of powder on it, so Arkanton rubbed it and tried to clean it but the rock started to shine so Arkanton was so scared and he ran away. When he turned to see the house, the windows of the house were also shining. Arkanton was so scared. When the windows of the house stopped shining, Arkanton entered to the house to see if all was OK. When he entered, his friend wasn't there but there was a stone broken and a small dragon jumping in there. When Arkanton saw the dragon he was so excited and he decided to take care of him all his life till the dragon grew up. Arkanton tought him how to fly, to make fire and to talk. One day Arkanton told the Dragon how he found it in the house years ago. The Dragon laughed and told him that she was the woman, Arkanton's best friend. Sho told Arkanton that when she was a child a witch told her that when someone would find the most beautiful flower in the word and take out the bright stone, she will convert into an inmortal Dragon. Arkanton was so surprised and he was so happy because now he knew that his friend had been with him all those days.

One day, Arkanton purposed his Dragon Friend to go to attack the King in order to take revenge because he killed his love. The Dragon accepted and the next day, they went to attack the king. The plan was that the Dragon was going to fight with all the soldiers and with the King's Dragon and Arkanton was going to fight with the King. When they arrived to Mordor, Arkanton had a totaly black armour and the Dragon also. The Dragon killed all the soldiers and killed the King's Dragon with a terrible punch in the head. Arkanton had a very difficult battle with the King, both fought with swords, the King injured Arkanton on his arms and legs but Arkanton cut the King's body into two. When Arkanton and his Dragon complete his plan and had victory, Arkanton became the King of Mordor and the Dragon the eternal warrior of Mordor.
